How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours depending on shipping selection during order placement. Please allow additional processing time if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Once an order is processed, speed of delivery will typically meet the below, barring any events that may prevent shipping such as natural phenomena, road/transit closures, or acts of God:

• Standard Shipping (in transit 1-5 business days, depending on location) 

• Next-Day Shipping (In transit 24-48 hours, depending time of order placement)

Shipping Restrictions

We deliver to all 50 states.. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military (APO, FPO, PSC) boxes, and other US territories.

What is your refund policy? 

All live animals are sold “what you see is what you get”* but are guaranteed as a live arrival. If animal arrives deceased, recipient must email photo of arrival state to botanicaldreamsks@gmail.com within ONE HOUR of delivery, no exceptions. Botanical Dreams is not responsible exterior factors that could affect arrival state such as shipping delays, weather, delayed unboxing, etc.
